Simply block the cylinder heat to the rotary stand by  means of two fast clampers in order to make allowable the following operations :

• Valves disassembling
• Valve seat reconditioning
• Valves reassembling  

Just one sole standing for all operations.

Standard equipment :

• cylinder head rotary stand at 360º
• pneumatic puller with flow adjuster actuated by pedal
• n. 2 fast clampers
• n. 4 valve spring compressing devices                                                                        The BMF1 work station can be completed with the cutting system for valve seats  FM1 both manual and motorized
