PEG trade mark exist since 1968 and is so well-known among mechanical engineering firm that by now its name can really be taken as a synonym of valve-seat grinder. In 2000 the Mark was taken over by Rossi & Kramer Ltd, a firm which was created in 1980 by the same partners of PEG .

In the long run, Rossi & Kramer Ltd. has been developing the production of mechanical details based on customer drawings and items for the product-personalisation. The merge between the two production firms originated a holding which is able to meet the market demand, which is getting more and more higt-standard. PEG trade mark, therefore, is still living within Rossi & Kramer Ltd, having a complete, technologically advanced machine equipment at its disposal. Improvements have been made on PEG traditional products; particulary the RS993 valve-seat milling system model has been completely revised.

At Rossi & Kramer the ISO 9001 certification is in progress in order to gain in efficiency and to meet its customers’ satisfaction.
